Can I return my order?
Yes — we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following requirements:

Original condition: Items must be unused, complete with all packaging, labels and accessories.

Proper handling: Goods must be handled with care. Items damaged through misuse will not be accepted.

Hygiene exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear cannot be returned.

Faulty products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assist you.

Return postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Processing time: Returns are reviewed and processed within 7 working days of arrival, provided all conditions are met.

How to Make a Return

You’ll then receive the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Do not send items back to the sender’s address on the parcel — only use the instructions provided.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive your items.
Please note:

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be stopped mid-shipment. If your parcel is already on its way, you may exercise your right of withdrawal once it arrives by returning it to us.

In exceptional cases (e.g. size or colour change), we may be able to update an order if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at info@sagelondon.com.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Shipping Notes
Our products are dispatched from our international distribution centres. Delivery times may vary and can occasionally be affected by customs or courier delays. These external factors are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancelling an order. If delays occur, we kindly ask for your patience.
